The Transport Manager eliminates booking conflicts and provides a paperless history of vehicle activity. Authorised users can make or edit a vehicle booking and data entry includes the vehicle type, time date, yard and site times, the project the vehicle is needed for, the driver and the reason for usage.

Vehicle allocations are made on a week-by-week basis with the ability to create and edit requests many years in advance. You can also display every previous booking ever made. Only administrators can add, edit or delete vehicle details in the Administration module.

The Short-Term Hire System provides equipment tracking of hire stock with automated periodic billing and availability planning.
